Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your Futuro Bambino item as much as we have loved designing and creating them for you. But if you're not 100% happy with your purchase(s) please send us an email to

It is important that you read through our returns criteria prior to returning your item(s) to us by checking the points below.
  • We must receive your return item(s) within 14 days from you receiving it.
  • We ask that all returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when sending the item to us.
  • We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s)
  • Unfortunately we can not reimburse you for the original shipping charge.
All items from the website must be returned intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small, and  must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded nor exchanged.
When sending the item(s) back to us we recommend the following:
  • Ensure the item(s) is carefully packaged to ensure it is not damaged during the return process.
  • Keep hold of your proof of posting. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us and are not obliged to provide a refund should an item not arrive. We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria not be met.
  • Returns must be with us within 14 days. Refunds cannot be issued after this. 



If your item arrives and you need to exchange it for a different size, please follow the returns process above and ensure the following form is completed and sent with your return. 


We will then send you your new item within 7 days of receiving your original item.

We will need evidence of the defect or damage on the item and we might also require further details.
You will be credited for your returned item(s) via your original method of payment once we have received defective or damaged item. 


When your return arrives safely with us, we will email you to let you know that we have received the item and whether your refund has been accepted as meeting the above criteria.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 14 days.
